During my master’s program, I had the opportunity to work directly with Wool 2 Dye 4, a U.S.-based online shop for yarn and wool products.

I conducted a Content Audit focused on the site’s UX to evaluate whether the product pages were effectively meeting user needs and to identify potential improvements.

While I discovered several areas for overall site enhancement, the project was specifically focused on just three product pages, which is why the audit report centers exclusively on those.
