While working as a freelancer, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Tajín, a leading Mexican candy production company. My role involved conducting a comprehensive data analysis project for Tajín USA, focusing on their brand identity, social and traditional media presence, and the usability of their digital platforms.
Over a six-month period, I analyzed user engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to assess how their digital content resonated with audiences. I also evaluated the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns targeting the American market and examined platform-specific user behaviors to provide tailored recommendations for improving campaign strategies.
Through this analysis, I delivered actionable, data-driven UX recommendations designed to optimize their marketing efforts and enhance user satisfaction. The detailed reports I created not only improved campaign efficiency but also guided Tajín toward strategic improvements that aligned with their audience's needs.
Following the success of this project, Tajín offered me a full-time position and expressed their intent to implement my recommendations. While I was honored by the offer, I ultimately declined to focus on pursuing my master’s degree and advancing my academic goals.
